Films with real Feelings
carefully crafted films
Intentional Filmmaking
~Discreet equipment
My couples are normally looking for someone who isn't going to make the day feel like a TV set and I respect the fact it's their actual, real wedding day. I purposely choose small equipment & film in a considerate way so that guests feel at ease around me. I aim to capture real emotional moments in a documentary style; such as grandma happily crying or friends embracing, whilst still offering some focus when necessary, on the details like making sure your dress is styled correctly.
~Tailored & personal
I don't follow the same script or storyboard for each wedding. Instead I want my films to authentically show how each wedding day unfolds. Every couple is different and has a unique story of how they got to their wedding day; so I create films that are individual to each couple.
~Emotional editing
The music, the words said, the timing, the lighting...all are carefully chosen to reflect the atmosphere felt on your wedding day. In today's modern world of fast gratification; I focus on meaningful & intentional storytelling. Sure you can have a quick sneak peek to get you excited but I focus on making you want to feel all those emotions again, every single anniversary. I want my films to last the whole of your marriage, not just the week after your wedding.
